MASTERTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE.

The usual meeting of the committee of the Masterton sohool was held last evening (Wednesday). "Present—Messrs Boddington (chairaaan), Hogg, L?ahy, and Bedman. Ho recommended several repairs, necessary jobs that required immediate attention on the school promises which the visiting member was requested to see carried out. The mistress of the Infant School reported 188 on" the books, average attendance 94, highest 103, lowest 75.. It was resolved to request the Boarc to convene the annual meeting in the Theatre Boyal, -and give due publicity of,the same. .It was decided to publishthe annual report and Balance. Sheet in the looal papers, and also to advertise the meeting of householders for three insertions in each paper.
