A Committee consisting "of Messrs *An lerson, Nilson, and Vinco was appointed to make enquires, and report to next meeting on the subjeot of building a new office. The Clerk was instructed to inform Mr Goodban that unless ho removed the gate from tho Hawera road within seven days proceedings would be taken against him and also that unless ho. made good the damage to tha road oaußed by his trees-the Board would take further steps in the matter. Mr Valler waited on the Board requesting some fallen trees to.beraiuoved from theMangaone Valley road. Mr Vince was commissioned to see to their removal..
