Mr A. Betth, (Carterton) andMrlf. Wilton (Mas. terton) divided the prizes''in the pet plant class, the former taking ti« majority. In fruit, Messrs A. Moody and B. Sayers were most sneeeSßml, and in vegetables Mr B. W. Dorset was the largo3t prize taker, The apiarian prizes were all earned off by Mr JabeZ Johnston. The show w & whole was fairly successful, the ittonH* ance during the evening, rhen the -Carterton Band enlivened j,the proceedings, being most satisfactory.
