This schodulo should be read as if tho words"Mare,"' "Gelding," "Ass," "Mule," "Bull," "Cow," or "Calf" were inserted after the word "Horße" throughout. Provided that not more than one Toll Bhall bo taken on any vehicle or horso passing and returning on the same day. And provided further that in. the case of a vehicle without springs having the tires of all its wheels of a breadth of not less that five (5) inches, the wheels boing so formed that a surface of not loss than five (5) inches comes in contact with the ground on a firm cart road, the amount of the Tolls shall bo one half tho late which would otherwise be charged under the schedule By Order.
