MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS ACT.. [To the Editor.] • SiR.WTho Municipal.Corporations Act provides that any burgess may seek election for as many wards as he may think lit, providing the necemry nomin atom are forthcoming, and should he bo elected for two or more wards he shall at the firat meeting of the Council elect, or should he fail, the Council shall'elect for" which .ward.ho shall take his seat.
