All entries must be made subject to the conditions tlmt nil disputes, claims-, and objections arising out of tlio racing, shall bo decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall bo final and binding in all cases. Handicap, and Clarcville Handicap, to he mailo in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and ago of horse, and the colors of tho rider, and to be sent in accompanied by tho Nomination Fee to tlio Hon.
