RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries for all Handicaps, accompanied with fees and performances on or before TUESDAY, the 21st day of December. The Handicaps will all bo declared and posted in Club Hotel at same timo as provided for Wairarapa ono set forth above. All other events post entry, Two competitors to start or no prize; three to start or 110 second prize. The decision of the Directors, or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases bo final, In the event of the weather proving unfavorable the Directors shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day. Races to be open to all, and run under the rules of tho Society, a copy of which will bo supplied "to all competitors. Sports to commenco at 11 a.m. sharp.
