RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries for all Handicaps, accompanied with fees and performances on or before TUESDAY, the 21st day of Decenber. The Handicaps will all be declared and posted in Club Hotel at same time as provided for Wnirarapa one set forth above, All other events post entry, Two competitors to start or no prize; three to start or no second prize. The decision of tho Directors, or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases bo final. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable the Directors shall, have it in their power to postpone the Gporfcs from day to day. Races to be open to all, and run under tho rules of the Society, a copy of which will be supplied to all competitors. Sports to commence at 11 a.m. sharp. A BRASS BAND will be in attendance.
