All other events post entry. Two competitors to start or no prizo; throe to start or no second prize, The decision of the Directors, or whoever tliey may appoint shall in all cases no final. In tho event of the weather proving unfavorable tho Directors shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day. Races to be open to all, and run under tho rules of the Society, a copy of which will be supplied to all competitors.
