To bo run undor tho Rules of Racing adopted August 1886, No qualification Feo, Nominations for tho Handicap Hurdles, Flying, L.V, J, C and Martinborough Handicaps close with tho Secretary at Martinborough on WEDNESDAY, 17th November, at 9 p.m. "Weights declared for Handicap Hurdles, Flying; and L.V.J.C, on FRIDAY, Decembor 3rd, at 7 p.m. Acceptances for same on WEDNESDAY, December 15th, at 9 p.m. Weights for tho Martinborough Handicap to be declared on the course after the L.V.J.O, is run. Acceptances for tho same to be made 38 minutes before tho race takes place. The sadding bell will ring at 11,30 a.m., tho first race to start at 12 noon sharp. Each race will Btart punctually at the time appearing in tho correct cards of the races. Fiyino Stakes Handicap, of 40 sovs.—Second horse 5 sovb from the stakes. Three quarters of a mile. Nominations 1 sov: acceptances 1 sov. 7. Tauherenikau Stakes Handicap, of 25 sovs.-Second horse 5 sovs from stakes, Nomination 10s; acceptance 16s. _ 8. A Hurry Scurry will be run if time permits. RULES AND REGULATIONS. To be run under the Rules of Racing adopted August, 188 G. The saddling bell will ring at 11.80; tot race start at 12 sharp. No entry will be received except on condition that all disputes shall be left to the decision of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint; their decision on all points must be any Jockey riding except in the colors entered, will be fined £2. All protests must be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary with a deposit of £1 within fifteen minutesafter passing the winning post, the deposit to be forfeited if the Stowards consider the protest frivolous or voxatious, Owners aro particularly requested to observe that to be avoid being fined, notice of scratching must bo handed to the Secretary fifteen mu> utes before tho timo appointed to start.
