A horse to run in tho Hack and Hack Hurdles must comply with the following conditions, viz.: it must ho in actual uso as a bona fide hack; it must not have been trained or sweated in clothing, at least for six months before ths race meeting; it must never havo been entered for any race tho advortised stake of which has been moro than fifty pounds; it must never have won any race except a Hack or Hack Hurdle race.
