CARTERTON-WEDNESDAY. (Before Mb Von Sidrmeb, R.M.), Joe Sraogy v. Martin Ofsosky.Charged with unlawfully turning his horses into the paddock of the plaintiff. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff. The plaintiff deposed that ho had shut' up his paddock for hay, and on tho 13th October last ho had aeon tho sons of the defendant take down the rails and put the 5 horses of the defendant into tho paddock. The horses were in the paddock for four successive days, and in consequence had deprived him of a crop of hay which ho valued at £5. To the Court; The paddock was ..laid down with grass, and tho area was ten acres and securely fenced. ' ■ Fred.Scelasky also gave evidence. Judgment for plaintiff £2, and costs £1 lis. :• C. H.
