Ab this statement is likely to mislead the public I foel bound to observo that youhave apparently been unaware of tho provisions of the 160 th section of the Publio - Health Act 1876. It reads as follows " No fee or remuneration shall be charged demanded or received by tho publdHaaoinator to of or from the parent offltbep • person for tiny such certificate (i.ofuftor vaccination) as aforesaid given by him as public vattinator, nor except such salary nr fees anointed by the Governor aa /w any vacciwtiM or rmccimtion dont by him within the, district fa which he k appointed, or any' ychilrl resident withiu the district, wnethor such vacoination shall bo done 1 within or witWhia district."
