RUFUS, bred by his owner at Manaia, admittedly comes from a puro Clydesdale strain on both sides, and bears evidence of this by the faot that, as regards* tin, bone, powerful build, symmetry, aud height, he is equal to tho finest horse that has yet been imported, and is acknowledged as the best horse evor shown in this district.
