John Grant Forsyth, charged .with uttering a forged cheque for £8 ss, knowing the same to bo forged, has been committed for trial at the next criminal sessions. This is tho prisoner who was brought over from Sydney with Caffrey and Penn. Wellington, This day. Dowman, £ls; Greytown Post Office and Railway Station, as required, W. Hammerieh, £2B.
