Sir.—Can you inform mo how it is that our public Vaccinator (who is paid by tho Government for each child lis vaccinates) can mako a further charge of fivo shillings when tho child 'is taken to his stirgory, not putting him to as much trouble as though he had to attend at tho Court-house, tho place appointed by the Government.
