(Before Mr Von Stcrmer, R.M.) E. Orbell v Adam Grant. Failing t° take proper steps to destroy the rabbits on his run at Gladstone, after being re peatedly warned to do so. Mr Bunny for plaintiff. Dfcff .'lant' pleaded guilty, aud was fined £5 and costs. On the application of Constable Darby the renewal ol' a prohibition order was made against a woman residing at Gladstone to extend for a period of twelve months. C. Bowles vR. Crawford.—Mr bandilands for plaintiff, stated that the matter had been amicably settled.

This concluded the business aud the Court adjourned.
