To send letters to the different holders of doferred payment and leasehold sections asking them to inform this Board what amount of money they have already paid to Government fur their Boctiuns, That Mr Gundersbn bo to purchase timber from Mr Dawaou at. 12s por 100 ft. That this Board by special order adopt tho provisions of the Local Budics -Loan Act, 188 li. That the necessary steps be taken to comply with tho wishes of tho settlers of the Mauriceville West road re loan. That Messrs Rawson and MackayV oQer b« considered next meeting. Accountsamounting to L 4 4s were passed for payment. Messrs Gundersim mid Forsburg wore appointed to sign .cheques. Tho meeting then adjourned,
