As a contributing body in tlio matter, the member of this Board claim tho right to be first consulted before engagemonta were entered into, and they submit that whore works aro to bp effected .(in roads Y > which form a boundary between two local bodies, those bodies should bo in agreement as to cost and specifications before action be taken, otherwise unpleasant complications would .arise, incurring liabilities which neither body might be in a position to meet.
