CumsTCHuiicii, Saturday. When tho Court opened this morning, Dr Hogg, the witness who had not been examined in the R.M, Court was called, He was surgeon of the Timaru Gaol, and said that Hall had not shown symptoms of suffering from morphia since his arrest. His Honor said that, as at present advised, if tartar emetic was popularly known as antimony, ho would consider that suflicient for the indictment? Mr Joyut said he would see about that presently.

Dr'Stackpole, of Waimato deposed: That he had attended a consultation on Mrs Hall with Dr Melntyre on July 28. He stopped at Hall's house all night.
