In cattle tho rates wore dull, excepting for largo ,bullooks, which brought good figures. In sheep tho demand.was fur wethers or dry, owes Ewes and Jamba ralod very low. lucattle 160 head wore yarded, sheep ,'. over 1000, horeca some '20,. etc. Tho r following are tho ratos obtained : -Large fat bullocks, £7 ; forward bullocks, '£s ' 10s; two and'three-year-old stores, (50a ■to 75a; small steers, .50s; yearling , Btcbrß,'3osto32s ; .(i'il; two and three-year-old hoifors, 40s to 60s; store cows 40a to 50s; small heifers, 25s to 30s'; dairy'cows, £4 to £sl2s Od. In shoep dry owes made 9s 7d; small wethers, 8s ' 7d; hoggets, 6s to os7<l; old ewes, 2s; ' ewes and lambs, 7s; hack horses sold from £4 to £8; draughts .from £ls;. cart and brakuj £l2los and £ls respectively ; store pigs, 16s tol7e lid. .
