Ho ia a beautiful dapple brown, rising 4 yean old, stands IG4 hands high, and is a fine specimen of a Clydesdale, poss&Ming good head and nack, with splendid barrel and g.-eat breadth of quarters, line broad-boned legs of good strength and plenty of feather, Ho has grand action, a very mild temper, a Bound constitution, and is free from all natural blomishes, and being descended from celebrated ancestors (sco tabulated pedigree) is well qualified to bo a breeder of first class stock. LORD MANDEVILLB is a dark bay with black points, stands 15 hands 3 inches, his whole contour beini/ very handsome, has a neat expressivo head, shoulders deep and well laid back, and good enough for anything. Yattundon (sire of Lord Mandovillo) is the siro of tli» famous Grand Flineur, who was the best 3-year-old performer on the Australian turf, never having beon bi-aten in any race he started for, winuing in 1880 the Victorian Derby, St. Leger, and Melbourne Cup, Australian J.C. Derby and Champion Race. Yattendou is also the Biro of Chestor (who in his turn Bired First Chester), who also won the Victorian Dorby and Melbourno Cup, doing the 2 miles in the fast time of 3min 32sec, carrying Bat 31bs. Lord Burghley, full brother to Lord Mandoville, is a gioat performer on tho turf, he won the Wagga Wagga Cup, 2 miles, carrying Bst 71bs, in the fastest time on record, Yattendon was sire of Mr Walter's famous mare Yatterina, who, after her victories on tho turf, added fresh laurels to her name by producing Libollor to Traducer, Matchlock, fusiloer, and Munketoor to Musket, and Kingfish (who has just won the Hawkesbury Guineas) to Piscatorious. TREASON is a beautiful golden chestnut, standing about sixteen hands high, with immense bono and muscle, with very suporicr action; has a splendid constitution and good temper; is quiet to ride or handle. He has proved himself a sure foal-getter; has distinguished himself well on the turf, having never lost a race when starting for weigbt-for-ageand welter wcight-for-age. He took first prizo at Richmond Agricultural Show, Nolson; he also took first prizo at the Marlborough Agricultural Show. TREASON is the siro of that Bplendld crosscountry horso Erebus, that has so well distinguished himself, both on the flat and over hurdles.
