The Society will, as in previous years, offer about fifty Gold and Silver Medals, as well as cash prizcß, in eaoh of the above stated sections of exhibit*, and in addition thereto a largo number of valuable special prizes in cash and in plate have been promised, bringing the total amount of prizes fully up to the average of the last three years, Winners of medals will have the option of taking in lieu thereof £1 cash for eilver medals and £2 cask for gold medals. A Leaping Match, a Shearing Match, and a Irial of Sheep Dogs will take place during tho afternoon.
