The Timara Poisoning Case.

Timaru, 20 th. It is reported tliat the Crown do not intend to call Mrs Hull, as she practically declines to give evidence. At 2 o'clock this afternoon Thomas Hall and Margaret Graham Houston were again brought up charged with attempted wilful murder, before J. S. Beswick, R.M., Messrs Elworthy and H, T. Le Crou, being also on the Bench. The prisoners wero formally committed to tako their trial at tho next sittings of the Supremo Court at Christchurch.
Mr Hay applied that Miss Houston be admitted to bail, but after hearin? him, the Court d3clined to entertain the application. The prisoner Hall was then recommitted to Christchurch on the forgery chargos.
