(United Pbbss Association.) Dunbdin, this day. A fatal fire occurred at Walker street this morning resulting in the death of an old woman named Mrs Joyce, better known as Granny Joyce, She lived in a one roomed shanty at the back of the Rising Sun Hotel and is supposed to hare been sitting by the fire all night and then falling asleep fell into the fire. The house which belonged to Elson was very old and burned rapidly, and by the time the fire brigade arrived it was too late to save iho woman's life, Deceased has been on several occasions an inmate of the Hospital and Benevolent Institution, bnt could not be induced to stop at either
