The grand annual show Under the auspices and direction of THE WAIRARAPA it EAST COAST PASTORAL & AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY Will bo held on tho Society's Show Grounds at Carterton on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd, 1886. Tho show will include Horses, Cattle, Sheep, rigs, Implements, Farm and Dairy Produce, Vehicles, and Industrial Exhibits, Tho Socioty will, as in' previous years, offer about fifty Gold and Silver Medals, as well as oash prized, in'cach of tho abovo stated sections of exhibits, and in addition thereto, a large number of valuable special prizes in cash and in plate havo beon promised, bringing the total amount of prizes fully up to tho average of the last three years, Winners of medals will havo tho option of taking in lieu thereof £1 cash for silver medals and £2 cash for gold medals. A Leaping Match, a Shearing Match, and a Irial of Sheep Dogs will tako place during tho afternoon. Programmes and Prize Lists giving full information as to conditions of entry, regulations of judging, and all other details, are now being prepared and will bo published and circulated shortly.
