One boiler, 211 x li x i Hue, 5 Kalloway tubes, I shell, with steam feed and exhaust pipes, and set in bricks. One stone-cutting plant, consisting of six.saw frames, with driving gear, blocks, pulleys, chains, trucks, Ac., complete and i:i working wdel - .' One lhgersnll's patent standard gadder, complete, and in perfect order, with a largn quantity of extras. This machine i only one in New Zealand—a rare opportunity for contractors. One vertical boiler, with funnel, fitcomplete, and in good order.
