London, July 9, (Received July 10th, at 1.15 a.m.) The state of parties according to the latest returns is: 250 Conservatives, 59 Unionists, 131 Gladstones, and 65 Parnellites. Supporters of Mr Gladstone have been returned for Dumfries and East Eifeshire. Campbell, Bannertnan, and the Secretary for war have been re-elected for Sterling. John Pender has been defeated for the Wick District.
