Court, Featherston, stating that the wounded 1 man was unable to travel but would be sufficiently reoovered to give his evldenoe at Featheriton. The accused' was 1 there- # fore remanded until Thnreday the BtkL instant at Featheraton. Accused applied to be admitted: to bail,,but ash* wag unable to find the necessary surety he was dofcained in custody. There were no civil cases for healing at this sitting of the Court.
