That Messrs Bayliss, Kilson, McDonald and Vince bo appointed a committee to hold a conference with tho. Alfredton Road Board. That the Chairman and Clerk be authorised to procure the proper seals for the Board. That tha Board acoept the offer of tho Council to occupy the office at Eketahuna. That the Clerk supply each member with ft copy of the schedule of money to bo spent in the district from deferred payment thirds to be considered at the next mooting.
