FOUL CHIMNEYS.
(To the Editor,). Sib, —1 soe in yesterdays papor the names of George Coker and Charles Dixon down as being fined for having foul chimneyfl. Can you toll me how it ia that Messrs Beard, Caaelberg, Fulton and others, whose chimneys have been alight during the last three weeks, do not appear. 1b it negligence on the part of 'the Inspector of Nuisances? Or is there one law for the working man, and another for the swells 1 .
