There are 58 sections, ranging in area from 4to 20 acres eacli; leases at rentals from about 2s 9d to 5b r.h acre will bo granted for 30years, renewable for further periods of 21 years, but without right of purchase. Advances on certain conditions may be obtained from the Government to enable selectors to build houses and improve their holdings; 5. per cent will be charged .on tho amounts advanced, Residence and certain improvements are compulsory. Plans, conditions, and regulations may be seen and obtained at Railway Stations and Post Offices in Wellington district.
