Dunedin, June 2. A. McGregor, who was lost in the Ly-ee-moon, is a son of Mr McGregor, late landlord of the British hotel, and is twenty-three years of at?e. Auckland, this day. Four deserters from the American whaler Petrel have made charges of great cruelty against the. captain and mate. It is alleged they deserted to reach Auckland to complain to the American consul.
