PAHIATUA VILLAGE SPECIAL SETTLEMENT ON PERPETUAL LEASE. Situation ; Mnngntainokn Bridge, near main road. 7 miles south of Woodvillc. IT is hereby notified that the Pahiatua Village Special Scttlumcnt Suctions will ho open for selection at this oilice on mid after Friday, 18th June, 1880. Applications can also be lodged with the Ranger, as Steward of the Village Settlement, at Pahiatua, up to llith Juno. There are 58 suctions, ranging in area from 4to 20 acres each; leases at rentals from about 2s 9d to 5s an acre will be granted for 30 years, renewable for further periods of 21 years, but without right of purchase. Advances on certain condition s may be obtained from the Government to enable selectors to build houses and im : prove their holdings; 5 per cent will be charged on the amounts advanced.
