Thomas Roberts was fined 6s, or eight hours' imprisonment, for being druuk. William Deadman vS. Johnston, On the application of Mr Beard, who appeared for defendant, this case was adjourned to the 31st insc., as his client was unable to get down from Mauriceville, owing to the slips on the road.
