Napier, this day. The steamer Taupo arrived jesterday, and was berthed at the breastwork. She was lightened aft, and put down by the head, for the purpose of raising her stem, so that the remains of the broken pro-, pellef blades might be removed and now ones substituted. An enquiry was keld yesterday, and the evidence forwarded to Wellington. The vessel does not leak, and no plates appear to be broken. It is thought her bottom is considerably bulged.
