WAIRARAPA EAST COUNTY. CARRIERS and other persons interested are hereby warned that undor Section 100 of the Public Workß Act, 1882, any person who loaves any Timber, Stones, or other material on a road, so as to instruct or endanger persons using tlio road, is liable upon conviction to a penalty of Ten Pounds per day, for every day during which the offence is suffered to continue, and that the Council intends in future toenforco the provisions of this section in respect of all roads under its control.
