It is understood that Mr Chamberlain and Mr Trevclyu have tendered their resignations in consequence of their objection to entrusting to an Irish Parliament tho control of the Land Purchaaa ■ Fund. Mr .Gladstone ii endeavoring to reconsider their decisions, Arrived—Valetta, from Melbourne, Januarv 28th.
