FE ATHE RSXON—THURSDAY. Before H. A, Stratfobd, Eaq., R.M Michael Hanratty was charged with having been found at night (without lawful excuse) on the premises l of Mr W. Gilpin, at Featherston. Defendant pleaded guilty. Tho prosecutor stated he did not wish to press the charge, and the Court taking into consideration that the defendant had been locked up for some time, sentenced him to 'bo imprisoned until the risiut; of the Court. J. Greatbatuh v A. Bale.—Claim for carpenters work done. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs. J. G. Cox vJ. Gooding.—Claim £9l3s 6d. £lO paid in, and accepted by plaintiff in full satisfaction of claim and costs. Same vC. B. S. Furlong.-Debt £5 lfe 2d. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs.
