All entries must be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections n arising out of the racing shall be decided by a . majority of Stewards present, or whom thoy may appoint, and that such decision shall bo <* final and binding in oil cases. (3) It must never havo been entered for any other race, the advertised stako of which being more than fifty pounds. (4) It must not, for two years previous to thiß raco meoting, have started for any raco excopt a Hack or Hack Hurdle Raco. (5) It must nover havo won any race except a Hack or Hack Hurdlo Raco. G. W. Tho timo for starting each event will bo duly postod on. the course after each preceding race, No person will bo allowed to enter a horse | for any raco (hack raco excopted) unless he bo a subscriber of at least £1 to the raco fund. Three entries, or tho publio money will bo withold. No scratching of horses allowed, unless I through the secretary, and 15 minuteß before , the timo of starting. ; Tho starter haß tho power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances aro to ho given. All jockcy/s to ride in proper racing costume, and any jockey riding except in colors entered will bo fined two sovs, No entry will bo accepted unless accompanied with the amount of entrance money, nor will any ontry be received after the dates and hours mentioned undor any pretence whatever. No ontry will bo received for any of tho races except on theso conditions: That all disputes and objections arising out of tho races shall be decided by a majority of tho stewards present o those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final.
