RULES AND REGULATIONS. .All ontrics mußt be mado subject to tho condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall bo final and binding in all cases. The rules of the Club to apply in all cases where not provided for in this programme. A horse to run in tho Hack and Hack Hurdlo Races must comply with the following conditions, viz, ; (1) It must be in actual use as a bona fide .hack, (2) : It must not have been trained, i,e> galloped or sweated in clothing or rug, at least for : six months before this race'meeting. .(3). It must never have been entered for any .other race, the advertised stake of which being more than fifty pounds.
