All entries must be made subject to the condition that nil disputes, claims, and objections arising out of tho racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall bo final and binding in all cases. Nominations for Handicap Hurdlo Race, Taratahi - Carterton Jockey Club Handicap, and Clarcville Handicap, to be made in voting, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and name of horse, and the colors of the rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination fee to the Hon, Secretary, G. W. Dellcr, Carterton, on or before 'Wednesday, 3rd February, 185G..9 p.m. Weights to bo declared on or before Monday, tho Bth February, ISBC, and published in local newspapers.
