RULES AND REGULATIONS, All entries must bo made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall bo final and binding in all cases, Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, Taratahi • Carterton Jockey Club Handicap, and Clarevillc Handicap, to bs made in vriting, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and name nf horse, and the colors of the rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination fee to the Hon.
