All entries must lie made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a lajoiity of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall ho final and binding in all casts. Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, I'aratahi - Carterton Jockey Club Handicap, and Clareville Handicap, to be made in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and name of horse, and the colors of the rider, and to be sent in accompanied by tho nomination fee to the lion.
