Allen, and G, M Gardner, The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The Treasurer reported a credit balance of £7314s fid, and also laid. upon, tho table a statement of reoeipts since last meeting, The correspondent inwards-waa read aB follows ■ From Treasury Department, advising remittance of £52 Mis 6d subsidy undor Local Bodies Finance jmd Powers Act, 1885. The Inspector of Nuisances' quarterly report was read, Correspondence outwards was read from the letter book.
Accounts amounting to £ll 5a wore passed for payment, Moved by Mr Gardner, seconded- by Mr Campbell, that the matter of the bridge on Lincoln Road stand in obeyanco until it be ascertained what the settlers interested are piepared to contribute towards it, The meeting then terminated.
