To which the attention of persons entering horses is particularly directed. The first Mlihig-hell will ring at 11.30 a.m., and the first race start at 12 sharp. 'Each race will start 1 punctually at tho advertised time. Tho races will ho run under the Wrarapa Jockov Club Rulra. No Qualification Fee. The(Starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks necessary to secure a fair start, and fine* for disobedience will be strictly cnfoiced. All entries to be sealed and addressed to tho Secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, ae>. at time of entry, name of tho owner, and colors oi the rider.
