To which the attention of persons entering horses is particularly directed. The first Mlihig-hell will ring at 11.30 a.m., and the first race start at 12 sharp. The(Starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks necessary to secure a fair start, and fine* for disobedience will be strictly cnfoiced.
