RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries to bs made to the Secretary on the ground, except for Nos. 4, G, 13, and 17, which must be made with the Secretary not later than January loth, with entry fees, Two competitors to start or no prize; three to start or no second prize. Tlie decision of the Committee in all cases of dispute to be final. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day.
