The case was dismised, A fuller report is held over. Another fire occurred in tho park yesterday morning, when about an acre of grass was burnt off. As the fire occurred where the trees are thickest it is feared ! thit a good deal of damage has been done to them. Hid flames were beaten out by several men who happened to be near at the time. The Park Trustees should have fed the grass off with sheop, and all danger from fire would thus have been averted. It is now notified that Bmoking in'the Park is prohibited.
