The Burmese Ministers, are said to be quarrelling amongst themselves, some supporting the French alliance, whilst a minority, who are afraid to speak their minds, are said to be in favor of the re-establishment of a British Political Agency. It is asserted h at the Meingoon Prince has offered his services the to Government to upset % King, but it is suspected that he is acting under French influence, having sojourned at Pondicherry for soms time.
