No entry will be received, except on condition that all disputes shall bo loft to the decision of a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint; their decision on all points must be accepted as final, Any jockey riding excopt in tho colors entered will ho fined £'2, All protests must be made in writing and lodgec. «rith the Secretary, with a deposit of £l, within fifteen minutes after tho race, the deposit to be forfeited if the Stewards consider tlw protest frivolous or vexatious, Owners are particularly requested to observ' that to avoid being fined, notice of scratchinga must be handed to the Secretary fifteen minutes beforo tho time appointed to start. A hack horse is 0110 in actual uso as a hack and which lias never run for any other than hack races, Entries and acceptances must bo mado in writing and addressed to the Secretary of tho F.R.C., Featlierston, accompanied by the necessary fees with name, pedigree, age and color of horse and (in cases of handicap, the revious performances) also colors to be worn y riders.
